Korean automaker company Hyundai is going to update the version of the Venue (sub-4 meter) SUV which has  been spotted as Camouflage multiple times. A latest set of spy images reveal the front grille and rear profile of the new Hyundai Venue.
It is clear that 2022 Hyundai Venue facelift will receive the brand’s new design language like treatment, which we have already seen on the Creta facelift and the new Tucson. The spy images show that the SUV gets Tucson-like front grille. It gets a new grille along with rectangular shaped headlamp unit placed lower on the front bumper. The LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps) are expected to look like new Creta. The LED DRL will look like a part of grille or around the headlamp.

The projector headlamp design, air-dam and round fog lamp housing and skid plate are likely to remain the same; however, Hyundai could make slight change to the bumper design to keep things fresh. The overall shape and design of the Venue facelift will remain very much identical to the existing model.

The 2022 Hyundai Venue is likely to get a new set of alloy wheels. The spy images also show that the updated model gets significant changes. It gets a new tail-gate and a completely re-designed LED tail-lights. There could be a thin chrome line bar that connects the new tail-lamps. Also visible is a sportier double-barrel exhaust.

New Variant.

It is expected that the Hyundai is going to announce N Line variant of Venue. The spotted model could be the sportier N-Line variant, which will join the i20 N Line.
Interior details are yet to be revealed; however, it is likely to receive minor changes not big change. The changes could be in the form of new colour scheme and leather upholstery. Hyundai could also add new features that are missing in the current model. The SUV is also likely to get an updated infotainment system and new BlueLink connected car tech.

Engine and gearbox option.

The sub 4-meter SUV is likely to retain the existing engine option which produces 83bhp/113Nm, 1.2L Naturally aspirated petrol engine, 118bhp/175Nm, 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine and a 99bhp/240Nm, 1.5L turbo-diesel.
Transmission choices include a 5-speed MT with 1.2L petrol, a 6-speed MT as standard, an iMT and 7-speed DCT with 1.0L turbo-unit. Similar to the Sonet, the Venue diesel could also receive an automatic gearbox option. With 6-speed AT, this engine should offer 113bhp and 250Nm of torque.
